Daniel Cowan

Daniel Cowan, President & CEO

Daniel Cowan has served as President & CEO of Loenbro since 2020. Under his leadership, Loenbro delivers a full range of mission-critical infrastructure services across multiple industries for mid- to large-sized customers, including Fortune 5 companies. The company has successfully executed more than 10,000 projects ranging in value from $100,000 to $80 million.

Prior to joining Loenbro, Daniel held several executive leadership positions, including CEO of LineStar Integrity Services (2017–2018), Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services Corporation (2014–2017), and Vice President of Aegion Corporation’s Hong Kong and Singapore division. Earlier in his career, he founded the largest non-financial trade services BPO firm in Asia and the Middle East.

Mr. Cowan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

Matt

Matt Farmer, Chief Financial Officer

Matt Farmer serves as Chief Financial Officer of Loenbro, where he has led financial strategy and operational excellence since 2019. In his role, Mr. Farmer oversees all aspects of financial strategy, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, capital allocation, and enterprise financial controls. He partners closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to support strategic initiatives, including organic growth and mergers and acquisitions.

With more than 28 years of experience, Mr. Farmer has managed complex financial operations in dynamic, high-growth environments. He has held senior finance leadership roles in both public and private companies across diverse industries, including serving in executive finance positions for a ~$5 billion private equity-owned industrial services company and overseeing financial operations for a ~$1 billion international public company. His experience includes leading successful mergers and acquisitions, managing debt issuances, optimizing cash flow, and implementing enterprise-wide financial and reporting systems. Earlier in his career, he also oversaw cross-functional areas including human resources, information technology, and marketing, providing him with a broad operational perspective that strengthens his strategic financial leadership.

Mr. Farmer completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.

 

Leadership

Chase McQuillen, P.E., Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer

Chase McQuillen serves as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Loenbro. Since joining the company in 2013, he has played a central role in its evolution from a founder-led regional contractor into a diversified, multi-region operator. Appointed COO in 2024, Chase holds full P&L responsibility for all operating companies, regions, and acquisitions.

Prior to his current role, Chase led the Industrial Services business, scaling revenue from a $7 million forecast to approximately $200 million annually within three years while improving margins and diversifying end markets and geography. His leadership experience spans large-scale operations, M&A integration, enterprise systems, capital deployment, and leadership development. He began his career at Granite Construction, where he delivered complex civil and design-build infrastructure projects across the western United States.

Mr. McQuillen is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Oregon State University. He also completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Karla

Karla Nugent, Chief Revenue Officer

Karla Nugent serves as Chief Revenue Officer of Loenbro, leading the company’s Sales, Marketing, and Business Development organizations. She previously held the same role at Weifield Group Contracting, a Loenbro company, where she was a founding partner and served for more than 20 years.

Karla has been a driving force in advancing workforce development initiatives. She led Colorado’s Project SCALE (Scaling Construction Access for Learners and Earners), an industry-led collaboration connecting high school construction curriculum to apprenticeship programs and ultimately to a newly established construction associate degree through the Colorado Community College System.

She currently serves on the State of Colorado Workforce Executive Council, the Colorado Business Experiential-Learning Commission, and the Colorado Business Roundtable Executive Committee. She is also Vice Chair of the Avista Hospital Trustee Board and serves on the Youth For Christ National Trustee Board. Karla has received numerous recognitions, including the AFP Large Business Philanthropy Award, Colorado Chamber’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women, and the Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business award.

Karla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colorado State University.

Rodney C. Broschinsky, Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer

Rodney C. Broschinsky serves as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of Loenbro, leading enterprise-wide people operations and Human Resources strategy. He brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience within the industrial construction industry, including oil and gas, power generation, and major commercial construction sectors.

Prior to joining Loenbro, Rod held HR leadership roles in healthcare and county government and completed four years of active duty in the United States Navy. His expertise includes organizational development, workforce strategy, and building people-centered cultures that support operational excellence.

Mr. Broschinsky holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Antioch University in Santa Barbara, California. He has also completed executive coursework at the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Rachel Crane, Chief of Staff

Rachel Crane serves as Chief of Staff at Loenbro, partnering closely with the executive leadership team to align strategy and execution in support of the company’s employees, customers, and long-term growth objectives. Her cross-functional background in operations, human resources, and marketing enables her to drive alignment across teams and strategic initiatives.

Prior to her current role, Rachel served as Director of Learning and Development and as a Mission Critical Project Manager, supporting large-scale data center construction projects.

Rachel is currently a Master of Business Administration candidate at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Davidson College.

Chris Nay

Chris Nay, President, Southwest Region

Chris Nay has served as President of Loenbro’s Southwest Region since January 2025. Under his leadership, the region has built a strong reputation as a subcontractor of choice, delivering a comprehensive suite of services including critical electrical, fabrication, erection, mechanical, coatings, and scaffolding.

From 2014 to 2025, Chris served as President of Revolution Industrial, growing the company from a $1 million startup to a $100 million enterprise prior to its acquisition by Loenbro in 2025. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in construction and manufacturing, including President of IMF North America and Manager of Manufacturing at ME Global.

Mr. Nay holds a degree from Arizona State University and is actively involved in numerous charitable and trade organizations throughout Arizona.

Matt Pridgeon

Matt Pridgeon, President, West Region

Matt Pridgeon serves as President of Loenbro’s West Region, a role he has held since early 2023. Since joining Loenbro as Rocky Mountain Regional Manager, he has expanded the company’s footprint into major markets and unified service offerings under a single business line as Vice President of the West Region.

Prior to Loenbro, Matt spent more than 20 years at Wood, where he served as Vice President of Construction and held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Special Projects, Project Director, and Vice President of Facilities Construction.

Mr. Pridgeon holds a degree from Dickinson State University.

Seth Anderson

Seth Anderson, President, South Region

Seth Anderson serves as President of Loenbro’s South Region. He is the former CEO and co-founder of Weifield Group Contracting, which he grew into a $250+ million multi-regional electrical contracting business prior to its sale in July 2025. Under his leadership, Weifield expanded into multiple markets and built a strong reputation for technical excellence, customer service, and people-centered culture.

Seth brings extensive experience in scaling construction operations, developing leadership teams, and driving disciplined financial performance. He remains an active investor and is passionate about building organizations rooted in accountability, integrity, and long-term value creation.

A member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 2011, Seth has served on his chapter board as both Forum Officer and Learning Officer. He values candid peer learning, principled leadership, and meaningful relationships. Seth is a devoted husband and father and a firm believer in Jesus Christ.

Mr. Anderson holds a degree in Construction Management from Moorhead State University in Minnesota.

Miguel Garcia

Miguel Garcia, Senior Vice President of Operations, Mission Critical

Miguel Garcia serves as Senior Vice President of Mission Critical Operations at Loenbro, providing executive leadership and operational oversight for complex, high-reliability electrical infrastructure projects. Under his leadership, teams deliver mission-critical solutions supporting data centers and other environments where safety, precision, and uptime are paramount.

Miguel began his career more than 23 years ago as an electrician and advanced through progressive leadership roles in electrical operations. His hands-on experience provides deep technical expertise in field operations and project execution. In his current role, he oversees integrated electrical operations across field teams, engineering, CAD/BIM design, commissioning, and project management to ensure safe, coordinated, and high-quality project delivery.

His experience spans residential, commercial, healthcare, and government-related projects, including disaster relief efforts supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, with a current specialization in mission-critical markets. Miguel is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, commitment to safety, and operational discipline.

James Billingsley, Senior Vice President and General Counsel

James Billingsley has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Loenbro since 2024. He brings more than 35 years of corporate legal experience, including leadership roles in global industrial organizations.

Prior to joining Loenbro, James served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary for BrandSafway, a global provider of access and specialized industrial services with more than 35,000 employees across 38 countries. In addition to leading the global legal function, he served as acting Corporate Development Officer, leading acquisitions that grew annual revenue from $350 million to more than $5 billion. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at several General Electric businesses, where he led transactions and joint ventures worldwide.

Mr. Billingsley earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College.

Dylan Heaser, Vice President of Strategy & Operational Excellence

Dylan Heaser serves as Vice President of Strategy & Operational Excellence at Loenbro, where he leads enterprise-wide efforts to align strategic planning with operational execution. His work focuses on driving performance, improving efficiency, leading acquisitions, and managing post-transaction integration.

With experience spanning finance, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions, Dylan previously served as Divisional CFO for Loenbro’s Industrial Services business before transitioning into his current role.

Mr. Heaser holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University.
