  • LOENBRO BENEFITS

    Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO accrual begins immediately upon employment. Subject to Loenbro PTO policy. 

    401(k) program: Eligible employees may enroll in the company’s 401(k) program after only 90 days of employment. Loenbro will match up to 4% of an employee’s contribution and under Loenbro’s Safe Harbor provision, all employer dollars are 100% vested.

    Insurance: Employees have the opportunity to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, LegalShield and IDSheild insurance options.

    Health Savings Accounts: Employees can designate pre-tax income to be taken out of their check to be added to an HSA. The funds can be used to pay any eligible out of pocket health, dental or vision expenses. Funds in the account will roll over from year to year.

    Our Loenbro Employee Assistance Fund (LEAF), a nonprofit fund organized for charitable purposes to offer financial assistance to our employees in times of hardship or crisis is one example of our support. LEAF allows employees to make a tax-deductible contribution to assist fellow employees that will be matched by Loenbro. All employees are eligible to apply.

    Community outreach is important to us! Our sponsorship of Downpour, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, breaks down barriers between churches in our community by supporting a volunteer-driven Christian music festival.
