Daniel Cowan, President & CEO

Daniel Cowan has served as President & CEO of Loenbro since 2020. Under Daniel’s leadership, Loenbro provides a full range of mission critical infrastructure services across multiple industries for mid to large-size customers (including Fortune 5 companies). Loenbro has successfully executed over 10,000 projects ranging from $100K to $80M. Prior to Loenbro, Daniel held several executive positions: CEO of LineStar Integrity Services in 2017-2018, VP of Strategy and Corporate Development for Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services Corporation from 2014-2017, VP of the Hong Kong and Singapore division of Aegion Corporation, and Founder of the largest, non-financial trade services BPO firm in Asia and the Middle East.

Mr. Cowan holds an undergraduate degree from Davidson College and a MBA from Duke University.

Matt Farmer, Chief Financial Officer

Matt Farmer has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Loenbro since 2019. In addition to managing the company’s financial operations, Matt also leads the Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing and Equipment divisions. Prior to joining Loenbro, Matt held various senior-level finance positions in both public and private companies across industry sectors. His experience includes financial oversight of a $1Bn international public company, successful completion of merger and acquisition transactions, debt issuance, strong cash flow management, and financial and reporting systems implementation.

Mr. Farmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.

 

Wendy Knight, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Wendy Knight has served as Loenbro’s General Counsel since 2018. With an instinctive business acumen, Wendy is strategic and is constantly advancing the company goals and interests. She offers nearly two decades of legal experience and demonstrates a consistent record of excellence in organizational leadership, litigation and contract management, issue resolution, process creation and implementation, customer relationship building, team building and motivation, and corporate training.

Ms. Knight holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy from Penn State University and a JD from South Texas College of Law.

Chase McQuillen, Chief Operating Officer

Chase McQuillen serves as Loenbro’s Chief Operating Officer.  Under his leadership, the team delivers turnkey Industrial Infrastructure Projects.  These projects cover a multitude of scopes, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, scaffold, insulation, paint, and fabrication.  The Industrial Services group serves a broad spectrum of sectors including Energy, Mining, Power, Pulp/Paper, Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage and Manufacturing.  In addition to holding several leadership positions within Loenbro since 2013, Chase previously led teams for Granite Construction Company.  Chase is a licensed Professional Engineer with strong Project Management, Business Management, and Strategic Planning skillsets.

Mr. McQuillen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and an MBA from Oregon State University.

Dusty Fryberger, Vice President of Inspection

Dusty Fryberger joined Loenbro in 2005 and currently serves as the Vice President of Inspection.  Dusty’s team offers a variety of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and visual inspection services across sectors for some of the largest customers in the U.S.  Dusty’s vast experiences in Non-Destructive Examination date back to 1997.  He holds an array of active advanced certifications within industry and service specific offerings and is viewed as an authority in the NDT space.

Rod Broschinsky, Chief People Officer 

Rod Broschinsky serves as the Chief People Officer for Loenbro, overseeing the Human Resources department. With a long-standing career in human resources (HR), Rod has spent the last 16 years working as an HR leader in the industrial construction industry, specifically in the oil & gas, power generation and major commercial construction sectors. Additionally, Rod has held HR management positions in healthcare and county government and completed four years of active duty in the US Navy.

Mr. Broschinsky holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Antioch University in Santa Barbara, CA and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
