OVERVIEW

Our team kicked off this vital water treatment project in May 2024 with a mission to deliver clean drinking water to Billings’ west end—an essential upgrade for the area’s supply provider. As the crew responsible for overseeing all Structural Concrete work, we brought together our carpentry and rebar teams, focusing on solid integrity and long-lasting performance.

Success on this project hinged on precise material usage, meticulous execution, and well-defined hold points. Given the hazardous conditions—including large concrete pours, working at heights, and working in permit-required confined spaces—Loenbro put robust safety protocols in place, along with continuous monitoring, to keep our crew safe and the project on track.

We implemented a comprehensive safety management plan to tackle these challenges, emphasizing proactive risk assessment and mitigation. Daily safety briefings kept everyone sharp on potential hazards and equipped with the right protective gear.

Throughout the project, our team maintained open lines of communication, fostering a collaborative environment that allowed us to address challenges swiftly and effectively.
