Loenbro embarked on a critical upgrade for a global leader in high-purity silicon-manufactured materials. This comprehensive granular lab exoskeleton project involved crucial updates to the facility including the update or replacement of piping, equipment, and electrical systems. The successful completion of this project led to an ongoing relationship for new maintenance and capital opportunities in multiple facilities and regions for the customer.
Navigating the complexities of working within an online facility, our team of over 130 skilled professionals, including welders, fitters, electricians, and mechanical technicians successfully coordinated with plant operations to plan maintenance activities during ongoing operations.
Our team installed a substantial amount of process machinery, equipment, thousands of feet of conduit, tubing, wire, and cable trays. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, we insulated new piping, updated existing insulation, and installed coatings on existing piping and skids.
Our high-quality work has created an ongoing partnership in which we continue to assist with maintenance and capital projects.
