Our key core values regarding community involvement inspire us to do right by the world. Our Loenbro team truly embodies the values listed above inside and out. We give back in multiple facets. We give to employees who may struggling through hardships and we give externally to a wide variety of non-profits, seeing to it that our community is taken care of. Loenbro Employee Assistance Fund (LEAF) Program: A program specifically designed for Loenbro employees who need assistance in a time of need. Whether it be financial binds with an illness, a theft, a medical emergency, natural disaster recovery, or a different hardship, Loenbro employees will team together to help serve their fallen comrades.
