HELPING THOSE IN NEED
Living with integrity and serving others are part of our values and as such, we continually connect and give of our time, talents and resources to 100+ different organizations each year that support people and communities.
We also have an internal Loenbro Employee Assistance Fund (LEAF) Program specifically designed for Loenbro employees who need assistance in a time of need. Whether it be financial binds with an illness, a theft, a medical emergency, natural disaster recovery, or a different hardship, Loenbro employees will team together to help serve their fallen comrades.
DEVELOPING OUR WORKFORCE
In addition to developing our trade, we’ve also created a pre-apprenticeship program and partner with organizations that provide high quality pre-apprenticeship programs—such as Master’s Apprentice, CrossPurpose, Skillpoint, TACT, and more. A big piece of who we are in is a workforce development leader, and we choose to partner with those organizations the nonprofit side that are equally as invested in furthering careers and work opportunities in our industry.
