LOENBRO BENEFITS

Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO accrual begins immediately upon employment. Subject to Loenbro PTO policy. 

401(k) program: Eligible employees may enroll in the company’s 401(k) program after only 90 days of employment. Loenbro will match up to 4% of an employee’s contribution and under Loenbro’s Safe Harbor provision, all employer dollars are 100% vested.

Insurance: Employees have the opportunity to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, LegalShield and IDSheild insurance options.

Health Savings Accounts: Employees can designate pre-tax income to be taken out of their check to be added to an HSA. The funds can be used to pay any eligible out of pocket health, dental or vision expenses. Funds in the account will roll over from year to year.

Education Support: We are committed to supporting the eduational growth of our employees and their families. Through our partnership with Gravitas–The Stony Brook School, we offer special enrollment rates, providing your child with a structured and enriching learning environment. For employees pursing a higher education to adnvace their careers, we offer tuition reimbursement opportunities in accordance with our policy and pending approval.
